Tattoo Passenger:

Duration: 1 hour/level

Saving Throw: none(harmless). Spell Resistance: yes



Upon casting of this spell, the caster's physical body disappears, and their likeness appears as a tattoo upon the target's body. The caster chooses what tattoo slot he occupies. If the tattoo is not visible to the creature, it's possible the creature is not aware that the tattoo is there.



During this time, the caster is inert. He may take no actions. The caster is effectively in a state of suspended animation: he does not need to eat, breathe, or sleep, diseases and poisons do not deal their continuous effects, nor do their durations count down while in the tattoo. They resume as normal once the caster comes out of that tattoo. The caster can decide under what circumstances they come out of the tattoo- otherwise he exits when the duration expires. The circumstance(s) can be complicated, but must be able to be described in 25 words or less.



If the tattoo is erased, dispelled or destroyed, the spell ends immediately and the caster must make a fortitude save (vs this spell's DC) or be stunned for 1 round. The magical tattoo is subject to the transfer tattoo spell, though this does not reset the duration.



Summon Firefly Swarm

Duration: 1 minute/level

Saving Throw: None, Spell Resistance: No



This spell summons a swarm of fireflies that occupies a three 5' squares. The fireflies shed light as per a light spell, and can be directed anywhere within range, though this is natural light and does not dispel or overcome any magical darkness spells. The squares need not remain consecutive. The fireflies can be seen in up to 15' of fog due to their light, and any creature with total concealment that shares a square with them due to fog or invisibility instead gains only partial concealment. (and a -10 to hide checks). Creatures who are using shadows or darkness to hide lose all concealment and are seen if they do not possess the hide in plain sight ability. Concealment by other factors (such as being behind a wall or under a bunch of leaves) is not affected. The fireflies may be directed as a move action, otherwise they surround the caster. The caster can direct them to form shapes or letters as directed. The fireflies are harmless, and do not do swarm damage or effects. Each 5' square of fireflies has 15 HP, and can only be damaged by effects that damage swarms.


Wall of Garlic (sorcerer/wizard, witch, cleric 2)

Duration:  10 min/level. (D)

Components: V, S, M/DF (a clove of garlic)

Saving Throw: None or Reflex (see spell), Spell Resistance: No

Target: One 5' squire per caster level.



Effect: This spell summons chopped garlic into the area with a strong odor which prevails upon each 5' square. The squares must be continuous. Any attempt to completely surround a creature grants the creature a reflex save to avoid being contained (they choose what side of the wall they jump to. Each square must be adjascent to a surface: a wall, floor, or ceiling that the garlic is smeared onto.



From a practical standpoint, most creatures are not bothered by this wall, though creatures with the scent special ability will not be able to detect scents on the other side of the wall. If they are on a square containing the garlic they cannot use their scent ability effectively at all.



Vampires cannot enter areas that small of garlic, in normal or in gaseous form. This can be used to effectively wall off a vampire, and even prevent him from seeking his coffin if reduced to mist. In many cases, a vampire may be able to fly up and over the garlic, unless it is indoors. when it may find itself trapped.



A gust of wind spell can eliminated the odor during it's effect, though the odor returns 1 full round after the effect if the garlic is still there. The garlic can be washed off of 1 square as a full round action (though not by vampires). It might be removed by a strong water or fire effect at the DM's discretion.
